Mon/Wed/Fri, Low Intensity A sequence of movements that can be thought of as a moving form of Yoga. Tai Chi is a meditative exercise for the body, gently massaging the internal organs and removing toxins from body organs and tissues. Many practitioners notice benefits in terms of correcting poor posture, alignments or movement patterns. The nature of the exercises is calming and relaxing.
