Tue/Thu Low Intensity Stretch and Balance – Slow controlled balance, stability and flexibility training. This non-impact class will help improve steadiness. Stretching will improve the range-of-motion around joints. This workout is designed with everyone in mind as better balance and flexibility are essential in injury prevention and sports performance
